Send the event date, location, estimated coverage hours, approximate guest count, the moments or speakers that matter most, desired photo or video deliverables, and any delivery deadline. If you are still deciding, send what you know—we can help shape the coverage plan.
Can I book photography and video together?
Yes. Combined coverage is custom-scoped so the crew, schedule, and deliverables work together without duplicating effort. Ask for a combined proposal when you inquire.
How quickly will I receive my photos?
A professionally edited online gallery is delivered within 5 business days. A 48-hour full-gallery turnaround is available for 25% of the photography total, with a $250 minimum, subject to availability. Same-day edited selects are quoted separately.
What usage rights are included with photography?
Photography includes full personal and commercial usage rights, so your organization can use the delivered images across web, social, press, marketing, and internal communications.
Are raw files included?
No. Unedited photos and raw video footage are not included. If a project requires raw assets, availability and licensing are quoted separately.
Do you travel outside Boston?
Yes—Soul Solid Visuals serves Greater Boston and beyond. Parking, tolls, and travel outside Greater Boston are billed or quoted separately.
